fix: Balkendiagramme ohne Segment-Beschriftung, Tooltip mit allen Kategorien, Monat ohne Uhrzeit

In gestapelten Balken mit vielen Kategorien überlagerten sich die
Segment-Beschriftungen, sichtbar blieb ein zufälliger kleiner Wert.
Betrifft Monat nach Kategorie und Planung nach Kategorie.
