Englische Grußformel: Komma nach "Best regards", voller Name im Sign-off

Im Englischen steht nach der Grußformel ein Komma, im Deutschen nicht. Regel in
gedaechtnis/stil.md verankert und in der WorkGenius-Bewerbung umgesetzt.
Der Sign-off trägt künftig immer den vollen Namen, auch wenn eine Signatur mit
vollem Namen folgt.
